Our #1 Numero Uno, Big Kahuna TOP PICK: Best Donuts
2320 E. Baseline Rd., Suite 162, Phoenix 85042
Yes, that's actually their name...

Boasting the lowest prices on the list, the highest customer service marks and a deliciously large selection of culinary sugar pillows made fresh all day, this place takes the cake donut and has earned the street cred to back their name... Best Donuts.
Known for remembering your name and sneaking in an extra donut or two, this small business is a neighborhood favorite and we think it should be yours too.
1960 W. Ray Rd, Suite 12, Chandler 85224
If you don't like the Maple Bacon Cronut from this delightful shop, you're probably doing it wrong. A close runner-up, Rainbow Donuts in Chandler is worth cheating on Best Donuts for once in a while.
3. BoSa Donuts
Multiple Locations
We're partial to the Indian School & 38th Street shop
You really can't go wrong with whatever life choices you make while ordering at the counter inside Bosa donuts... unless you make the disastrous choice of not ordering a box of the glazed donut holes as a side to your full sized option, you know, the one you eat in the car on the way to the office so you can arrive with a full box for everyone and pretend you're having your first one. We see you.
2340 W Bell Rd. Suite 138Phoenix 85023
A previous New Times Best of Phoenix winner, Lamar's has you covered on all things cakey and fluffy. Our opinion? Go crullers and coffee!
5. The Grind
3961 E. Camelback Road, Phoenix 85018

Craving an all-American night out? Spend an evening with The Grind in Arcadia. After scarfing one of the giant ground burgers, keep the gluttony rolling with their delectable donut dessert (pictured above). The Buffalo Burger was also a national top pick by The Daily Meal.
Fun note: The Grind has the only 1000 degree coal-burning oven of its kind in the United States.

Better hurry. Like any respectable European Bakery, once the day's batch is gone, it's gone. As it should be. Plan a day you can arrive early at this cherished Phoenix staple and try the Lemon Basil Kronut topped with lemon infused sugar. Ridiculous.
1535 E. Buckeye Rd, Phoenix 85034

FRIED. FOOD. BLISS. Beloved for their non-GMO Asian fried chicken and organic ingredients, you can feel a little better about this deep fried indulgence. Although they offer premium varieties of donuts, the standard cake donut pairs best with the chicken. If you happen to stop in for breakfast, try one of the Donut Sandwiches.
5210 N Central Ave, Phoenix 85012

This midtown gem of a gourmet pizza concept offers some pretty inventive pie creations and rustic pastas with a little something for everyone's taste. The real treat, though, is what comes after. The Bombolini Warm Donuts + Chocolate Dip is reason enough to book a table just for dessert.
